My immediate manager is amazing, but I feel the executive team is out of touch
Compensation should be higher across the board. The CEO and executives make millions while the low level admin staff that keep the place running struggle to make ends meet. We're given yearly 2% raises (pay cuts in most years) and are told it's a 'merit' raise.
