Fewer meetings less wasted time

Where appropriate, provide talented administrative staff with the ability to go outside their stated responsibilities to problem solve communication failures between groups. Individual providers are excellent, but if coordination with other groups is necessary poor health care often results.

Excellent place to work. Great environment.

On a department level, I'm one of the few who has a leadership team that goes above and beyond for their administrative staff. They recognize how underappreciated we are on an institutional level.
