What do you like best about the leadership team?On a department level, I'm one of the few who has a leadership team that goes above and beyond for their administrative staff. They recognize how underappreciated we are on an institutional level.
What makes you most happy at work?Good flexibility in work hours.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Good efforts at addressing diversity and meeting needs .
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Fewer meetings less wasted time
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Make it shorter. Reduce the reference requirement for low level positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation should be higher across the board. The CEO and executives make millions while the low level admin staff that keep the place running struggle to make ends meet. We're given yearly 2% raises (pay cuts in most years) and are told it's a 'merit' raise.
