Mr. Sunil Wadhwani serves as a Managing Partner at SWAT Capital LLC. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Mastech Holdings Inc. from September 22, 2011 to October 2011. Mr. Wadhwani co-founded Mastech Inc., and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer. He held overseen the launch of fifteen new IT service lines, all developed around strategies that served emerging technology market needs at Mastech. He co-founded Mastech Holdings Inc. and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer from April 28, 2009 to July 2009. He co-founded iGate Corporation and served as its Chief Executive Officer from October 1996 to April 1, 2008. From 1981 to 1986, he served as the President of Uro-Valve, Inc., that he founded in 1981. From 1986 to September 1996, Mr. Wadhwani served as Chairman of Igate and held several other offices, including Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Prior to 1981, he worked as a Management Consultant assisting companies in strategic planning, operations, marketing and sales. He has been the Chairman of Pittsburgh at The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland since January 1, 2008. He has been Co-Chairman of Mastech Holdings since October 2008. He is a co-owner of Wadhwani Partners No. 1 LP and Wadhwani Partners No. 2 LP. He served as Co-Chairman of iGate Corporation from October 1996 to July 1, 2015. He is Co founder of Mastech Holdings. He served as Vice Chairman of Igate Global Solutions Ltd. until July 1, 2015 He has been a Director of Pittsburgh at The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland since 2006. He serves as a Director of University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Carnegie-Mellon University. He serves on the board of the Information Technology Association of America. Mr. Wadhwani served as a Director of Innovation Works and United Way Of Allegheny County. He served as an Independent Director of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited from October 10, 2000 to April 9, 2010. He served as a Director of iGate Corporation from 1986 to July 1, 2015. He served as a Director of Pangea3 Global Services Pvt. Ltd. He has written articles for a variety of publications, including Datamation, Systems Integrator and Reader's Digest and has been quoted in publications such as Business Week, the Wall Street Journal, Information Week and Investors Business Daily. Mr. Wadhwani holds Bachelor's degree in technology from Indian Institute of Technology and Master's degree in Management from the Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. John J. Cronin Jr. also known as Jack has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Mastech Digital, Inc. since September 20, 2008 and also serves as its Secretary and Vice President. Mr. Cronin serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Mastech, Inc. He served as a Vice President of Finance and Accounting of iGATE Mastech, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial accounting and corporate reporting. Since joining Mastech in 1998, he has held multiple roles and responsibilities both at the business unit and corporate levels. Mr. Cronin served as Chief Financial Officer of Industrial Ceramics, Inc. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and also holds C.M.A. and C.P.A. certifications.
