Overall exciting place to work. I do have some negative co-workers I work with directly that are borderline bullies. I put up with it because if I complained I would be targeted.

What can this brand most improve?

Needs to treat their members with respect and listen to members complains. Also, it should not be obsessive about security and becoming annoying to members. Checking all the time on members is intrusive and show no respect for privacy. Having customer service personnel too narrow minded is not good

Train Customer Support to actually listen to the customer to try and resolve problems. Create an escalation process to resolve unusual issues.

Im not really considering restarting my profile. Id rather meet other people the old fashion way. Match serves a purpose. I actually had a chick on my couch asking for 2 grand a week allowance. Plus shes got two kids in tow. This shit was movie quality! Lol
