Mr. Dale E. Zimmerman has been Vice President of Research & Development at Microvision Inc. since June 2012. Mr. Zimmerman served as Vice President, World-wide Marketing of Silicon Image Inc. since January 27, 2006. He has a wealth of experience in 23 years at Texas Instruments. From 1996 to 2008, he served as General Manager of the DLP TV business. He took the helm of DLP TV after successfully starting the DLP Home Theater business and building a market share of more than 50 percent. His prior roles held at Texas Instruments include General Manager of the DLP Large Venue business and Manager of engineering. He forged his career at Texas Instruments through a variety of roles in R&D, product development, program management and business development. Prior to MicroVision, from February 2006 to December 2008 he served as Vice President of Product Strategy of Silicon Image, a company specializing in high speed serial interface solutions for HDTV, PC and storage products. He served as Director of Systems Engineering of MicroVision from June 2011 to May 2012. Mr. Zimmerman received B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a second M.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2011 from Stanford University.

Mr. David J. Westgor has been a Vice President and Secretary of Microvision Inc. since November 19, 2013 and its General Counsel since December 2012. Mr. Westgor oversees the legal department, advises the Board of Directors and executive team on corporate governance matters and provides support for the company's business activities. He served as a Deputy General Counsel of Microvision Inc. since June 2007. Before joining MicroVision, HE was Senior Counsel at Medtronic Physio-Control where he had primary responsibility for the legal affairs of its medical and informatics business units. Mr. Westgor graduated from Loyola Law School and practiced in the Los Angeles office of Pillsbury Winthrop. He moved to the Seattle area to become in-house counsel at a broadband telecommunications company. Mr. Westgor also has a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Art Institute of Chicago and a B.A. from St. Olaf College.

Mr. Stephen P. Holt, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Microvision Inc. since April 22, 2013 and June 2013 respectively. Mr. Holt has more than 20 years of global financial management and operations experience with public and private companies across multiple industries including consumer electronics, transportation and software. Mr. Holt served as the Chief Financial Officer of PixelOptics, Inc. from May 2007 to May 2012. Mr. Holt served as the Chief Financial Officer for Interstate Distributor. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Boxlight & Activelight Corporations and Birdstep Technology North America. He held financial management positions with Centura Software Corp., Johnson & Johnson's Spectacle Lens Group and Innotech, Inc. Mr. Holt holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Chico and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Mr. James Edward Johnston has been Controller of Microvision Inc. since October 2004 and served as its Principal Financial Officer. Mr. Johnston served as Principal Accounting Officer of Microvision Inc. until June 2013. He joined MicroVision in April 2000 and served as Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager. Prior to joining MicroVision, Mr. Johnston served in various accounting positions for Siemens Medical Systems, Inc. Mr. Johnston holds a B.A. in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from the University of Washington.

Kevin Watson serves as the Sr. Director, LiDAR Product Engineering of MicroVision Inc.. Kevin started at MicroVision Inc. in Nov of 2016. Kevin currently resides in the Greater Seattle Area.
