As stated, no Christmas bonus or email saying there was none. Garbage raise was less than 1% for the past two years. Also, the company chose not to observe Presidential signed paid holidays (Christmas Eve 2019 and 2020 *although observed 2018 and Juneteenth 2021) with no courtesy explanation why.

Everything at the company had been great until the insulting 1% raises in 2020 and 2019. I was also insulted at the lack of notice that there would be End of Year/Christmas bonus for 2020. Some of us depend on that money and the company didn't care or respect us enough to communicate this.

I work for DOD in a very important position with very important work.

Overall, the compensation package is quite good with many perks, both large and small.

The communication and flexibility with my leadership is amazing. I do feel like this team is a family.

We are a diverse crew and nobody is overly sensitive or excessively insensitive to the needs of others in the office.

I get paid fairly and there are benefits that are many available to me and others although most of them do not apply to me.

Our personalities work well together. We communicate well with each other and listen well if a problem arises that is business related or between personel.

We communicate with each other well and we cover for each other should somebody need to be out of the office for ten minutes, an hour or even a day.

I have minimal contact with the leadership team, with exception being my deputy primary manager and primary manager. They are the ones who show that they care about me and our team.

I enjoy the team members who don't mind having to work a little extra. It's the team members who complain about an extra 5 minutes for one or two tasks that are annoying.

I am most happy about not having to listen to some coworkers complain about extra work. We all get paid well for the work we do and these two people do nothing but complain. We really need to remove the persistent negativity.

My leadership exhibits great communication. Although above them seems a bit disconnected. No Christmas party last year and no email about it. No Christmas bonuses last year and no email to let us know they weren't coming. Common courtesy is the key and there was NONE regarding bonuses.

In 2020 and 2021, I received pay increases that were less than 1% while in previous years, they had never been less that 3%. I am the most knowledgeable person in my office and I even train new team members. Responsibilities at my position increased yet I received a miniscule 1% raise both years.

Things are fairly positive with company emails and such. However, the compensation has gone downhill over the past 14 months. My last two raises were not even 1% while nearly all raises I received over the previous years were 2.5% to 3%. And there was no communication or holiday bonus for 2020.

We expected no Christmas party but there was no courtesy email about not having it. Also, there was no Christmas/year end bonus, nor any email about not getting one. If you can't give the bonus, show that you give a damn about your people and LET THEM KNOW. The raise was < 1% the past two years.
