OnStar – Got Onstar for a free 90 day trial when i bought a new car, told them i didnt want it, but they "needed a card number" anyway, and then charged me during my first month of "free" service, got that refunded and just charged again, after two calls to cancel! Horrible!

amazing place to work for sure

What can this brand most improve?

just bought a new car. Told the company not to add after free intro period. They chose a plan and added the car, took the money out of my account when I said no. Service 10 years ago was good, not so much today. They have given wrong directions too many times. I will be looking elsewhere
