How employees describe working at Outreach
Lately not much confidence in leadership and that they have a clear goals on how to continue. Take some ownership of your mistakes and stop blaming other people for them.
We do not have a 401K matching program at all, and there have been no discussions regarding matching salaries to the extremely high rates of inflation, so the buying power of employee salaries is significantly diminished versus what they were initially set at upon hire.
