Dr. Johna Lucas, M.A., M.D., F.A.C.O.G. serves as Chief Medical Officer at Palatin Technologies Inc. Dr. Lucas also serves as Medical Director of Palatin's reconnect studies, parallel Phase 3 studies on bremelanotide for hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD). After joining industry in 1999, she was responsible for the clinical development and medical affairs of Intrinsa, a testosterone transdermal system for the treatment of HSDD for Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals, served as a Senior Medical Director for Warner Chilcott Ltd., a specialty pharmaceutical company acquired by Actavis plc in late 2013 and lead pharmacovigilance activities for several products for Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Company. Prior to this she served as the Chairman of Gynecology at the Cleveland Clinic Florida. She is a Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is author on a number of scientific papers on HSDD and other female sexual disorders. Dr. Lucas received her M.D. and M.A. from University of Missouri, Columbia and did residency and fellowship training at Case-Western Reserve University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.

Mr. Stephen T. Wills, CPA, MST, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Palatin Technologies Inc. since November 1997 and its Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President since June 2011, Secretary and Treasurer since November 1997. Mr. Wills served as an Executive Chairman and Interim Principal Executive Officer at Derma Sciences, Inc from December 21, 2015 to February 24, 2017. He has served in various roles in Palatin since 1997, including as Executive Vice President of Operations from 2005 to June 2011. From July 1997 to August 2000, he served as a Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Derma Sciences Inc. From 1991 to August 2000, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Golomb, Wills & Company P.C. Mr. Wills has been the Chairman of the Board of MediWound Ltd. since October 2017 and as its Director May 18, 2017. He has been a Director of U.S. Helicopter Corp. since November 2006. Mr. Wills serves on the board of trustees and executive committee of The Hun School of Princeton. He served as a Director at Derma Sciences Inc. from May 2000 to February 24, 2017 and served as its Lead Director since July 2008 until December 21, 2015. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Wills holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from West Chester University, West Chester, Pennsylvania in 1979 and Master of Science in Taxation from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1994.
