Mr. Michael R. Long Co-founded Payment Data Systems, Inc. (formerly, Billserv Inc.) and served as the Chief Executive Officer from July 1998 to August 4, 2016. Mr. Long served as the Chief Financial Officer of Payment Data Systems, Inc. since September 2003 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has more than 30 years of senior executive management and systems development experience in six publicly traded companies, as well as operating a systems consulting business. He served positions at U.S. Long Distance Corp., as Vice President of Management Information Systems from December 1993 to August 1996. He served as Vice President of Information Technology at Billing Concepts Inc. from August 1996 to June 1997. He served as a Business Development Director of Financial Services at Accenture (Andersen Consulting) from October 1997 to November 1998. He has been the Chairman of Payment Data Systems, Inc. since July 1998. He serves as a Director of FiCentive, Inc.

Dr. Houston Korth Frost, PhD, has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Prepaid Products at Payment Data Systems, Inc. since December 23, 2014. Dr. Frost co-founded Akimbo Financial, Inc. in 2010 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since inception. Dr. Frost serves as a Vice President at Pisces Capital Group, LLC. Dr. Frost is responsible for directing the internal operations of Pisces Capital, that includes sourcing investment opportunities, building detailed financial models and valuation metrics, leading due diligence efforts, negotiating terms and financings and executing exit opportunities. He has more than five years of experience in the prepaid and payments industry and eight years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Pisces Capital Group in 2009, he served as an Associate in the Fixed Income Strategy Group at J.P. Morgan in New York, where he provided strategy to clients for the Mortgage-Backed Securities Group and later for the U.S. Treasuries and Interest Rate Derivatives Team. He serves as a Director of Akimbo Financial, Inc. He has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications in the Journal of the American Chemical Society, the Journal of Physical Chemistry (B and C), Langmuir and Fluid Phase Equilibria and remains active in the academic community. Dr. Frost holds a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Northwestern University in 2007 and received a B.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from the University of Colorado in 2003.

Mr. Lowell Thomas Jewell, also known as Tom, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Payment Data Systems, Inc. since January 6, 2017. Mr. Jewell is founder and owner of LTJ Financial Consulting, a provider of Chief Financial Officer and controller advisory services for middle market companies in need of accounting process improvements and scale advantages. Mr. Jewell has over 35 years of business leadership experience focused on management, auditing, accounting, internal controls and finance. His clients have included start-up businesses seeking funding and companies in the retail, staffing, construction and software industries. Mr. Jewell has also counseled the FDIC on banking institution closures during the banking crisis. Prior to launching his consulting firm in 2009, Mr. Jewell served as Chief Financial Officer for a multi-state photography studio chain from 2007 to 2009. Prior to 2007, Mr. Jewell provided financial leadership to divisional units of RadioShack, Verizon and Kentucky Fried Chicken and he began his career at Touche Ross (Deloitte) in 1978. He served as a Director of Payment Data Systems, Inc. from November 11, 2016 to January 6, 2017. Mr. Jewell is also a founding member of the Dallas Chapter of the Chief Financial Officer Leadership Council. Mr. Jewell is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Dallas and Fort Worth chapters of Financial Executives International (FEI).

Ken Keller serves as the SVP, CTO of Payment Data Systems. Ken started at Payment Data Systems in August of 2007. Ken currently resides in San Antonio, Texas Area.

Larry Morrison serves as the Senior Vice President, Business Development of Payment Data Systems. Larry started at Payment Data Systems in June of 2002. Larry currently resides in San Antonio, Texas Area.
