I'm challenge every day since day ONE in Pipefy, which is great, but I also feel like there is no day to no produce 120%, I have to be always a super worker. But I recognize that we are very blessed with all benefits and opportunities in this past years, the conversations about diversity and women..

It's being great. I have the chance to work with two amazing leaders woman and I'm extremelly gratefull for both of them, kindly, stronger and fair leaders who are helping me a lot improve myself.

I feel like there is an imbalance between the variable amount paid for the inbound team, SD team and CS team. The compensation should be more fair.

People usually remember the AE who closed the deal but not the SD who worked hours to build a complex solution for them, things that our clients don't even understand what we did.

How they are open to hear us, care about us as a person, incentivate me to pursue my dreams and to do things aligned with my values. Besides the results, they also care about the person.

Help each other; always trying to share best practices in order to help everyone; we like to have time for different topics since we are not in the office working together and this is so important for our relationship; celebrate everyone's accomplishments

Work hard, play hard, never makes so sense as work in /pipefy. We have agressive goals, lots of projetcs and things to delivery, but we are always talking about the individuals, our mental health, safe environment to open our thoughs which I think is really great

Concerning about the people and our feelings. Eventhough, we have a hard rhythm of work to follow. I think all teams are always with so many activities and projects going on and sometimes I feel bad when I need to take a time to myself, go to doctor for example, because I will have to delay somethin
