No raise for 2026 to employes. Working us harder to upsell or we penalized .terminated. no longer a fun place to work. Company don't treat their employees right .
Love working here. Company policies are employee and customer friendly
No help in customer service
Brilliant company to work for. Certain managers and teamleaders need to be taken down a peg or two. Especially returns evening shift managers and teamleaders. No time for members of staff who are disregared as pains. But plenty of time to play pool or go the chippy.
