Mr. Richard Joseph Tremblay serves as Senior Vice President of Pulp & Paper Group at Resolute Forest Products Inc. Mr. Tremblay served as the Senior Vice President for Pulp and Paper Operations at Resolute Forest Products Inc. since February 6, 2014 and also served as its Interim Senior Vice President of Pulp & Paper Operations from November 1, 2013 to February 4, 2014. Mr. Tremblay joined Resolute Forest Products later in 2011 as vice president for pulp and paper operations, with oversight over five mills, reporting to the senior vice president for pulp and paper operations. He was appointed as interim senior vice president for pulp and paper operations at Resolute Forest Products in late 2013. He began his career as a project engineer at the La Tuque, Qu bec, pulp mill, then owned by St-Laurent Paper Board, Inc., advancing through a number of mill management roles in La Tuque and West Point, Virginia, before becoming general manager of the La Tuque liner and bleached board mill after its acquisition by Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation. Mr. Tremblay was appointed general manager of the West Point linerboard mill in 2007, then the Panama City, Florida, linerboard and pulp mill in January of 2011. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering.

Mr. Hugues Dorban has been Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Resolute Forest Products Inc. since September 11, 2017. Mr. Dorban has been Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Bombardier Transportation since December 2015. He served as Chief Financial Officer of ArcelorMittal Mines Canada from July 2015 to December 2015. He served as Chief Financial Officer from October 2011 to July 2015 and Controller from May 2007 to October 2011 of ArcelorMittal Long Carbon North America. Mr. Dorban holds a Master of Business Administration as well as a Master in Financial Economy-Corporate Finance.

Mr. Yves Laflamme has been a Senior Vice President of Wood Products, Procurement & Information Technology at Resolute Forest Products Inc. since January 2011. Mr. Laflamme served as a Senior Vice President of Wood Products Business at Resolute Forest Products Inc. from October 2007 to January 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Woodlands and Sawmills at Resolute FP Canada Inc. from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Laflamme served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Wood Products of Resolute FP Canada Inc. from 2002 to 2003. He began his career in the forest products industry in 1981 with Donohue, holding various positions in sales and finance. He served as Senior Vice President, Woodlands and Sawmills for Abitibi-Consolidated, Inc. from 2006 to October 2007. He served as Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Value-Added Wood Products Operations of Abitibi from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Laflamme is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He holds Degree in Business Administration from the Universit??? du Qu???bec.
