Mr. Kevin J. Mills has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Socket Mobile, Inc. since March 2000. Mr. Mills served as the Chief Operating Officer of Socket from September 1998 to March 2000. Mr. Mills joined Socket in September 1993 as Vice President of Operations and also served as its Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining Socket, Mr. Mills worked from September 1987 to August 1993 at Logitech, Inc., serving most recently as its Director of Operations. He began his career as Quality Assurance Manager for NorthStar Computers Ireland. He has been a Director at Socket Mobile, Inc. since March 2000. He received a B.E. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Mr. Leonard L. Ott has been the Chief Technical Officer of Socket Mobile, Inc., since October 2000 and has been its Vice President of Engineering since October 2013. Mr. Ott served as Vice President, Engineering of Socket Mobile, Inc. from December 1998 to October 2002. He joined Socket in March 1994, where he served in increasingly responsible engineering positions including Director of Software Development and Director of Engineering. Mr. Ott also worked as an engineering Consultant at Socket Communications Inc. from November 1993 to March 1994. He served as Vice President for Research and Development of Vision Network Systems from March 1988 to November 1993. He is active in the Bluetooth Special Interest Group. He serves as Director of Secure Digital (SD) Association and CompactFlash Association. He serves as Member of the Radio Working Group. He received a BS in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Dr. Charlie Bass, Ph.D., is a Co-Founder and Chairman of Socket Mobile, Inc., since March 1992. Dr. Bass co-founded Ungermann-Bass, Inc. in 1979. Dr. Bass served as the Chief Executive Officer at Bass Ventures from February 1998 to March 2000 and as an Interim Chief Executive Officer during January and February 1996 and from April 1997 to February 1998. He co-founded Meridian Data, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. In 1989, Dr. Bass formed Bass Associates, which he managed until 2001. He serves as the Chairman at CopperCom, Inc. In 1975, Dr. Bass joined Zilog and served as its Vice Chairman. He serves as a Director of Ungermann-Bass, Inc., and Solopoint, Inc. Dr. Bass has been a Director of Socket Communications Inc. since March 1992. He served as a Director Cable & Wireless Internet Services, Inc. since March 1997. Dr. Bass served as a Member of Financial Advisory Board of Horizon Ventures. He has been a Trustee of The Bass Trust since September 1989. From 1983 to 1997, Dr. Bass was the Consulting Professor of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. He was on the Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences Faculty at the University of California at Berkeley from 1972 to 1975. He participated in the Aloha System research in radio frequency-based computer networks at University of Hawaii. Dr. Bass holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii in 1972. He graduated from UC Berkeley.

Mr. David W. Dunlap, also known as Dave, has been Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance & Administration and Secretary of Socket Mobile, Inc. (formerly, Socket Communications Inc.) since February 1995 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Dunlap served as a Consultant from November 1994 to February 1995 of Socket Communications Inc. He served as Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer at several public and private companies including Appian Technology Inc., a semiconductor company from September 1993 to February 1995 and Mountain Network Solutions, Inc., a computer peripherals manufacturing company, from March 1992 to September 1993. He has been a Director at Socket Mobile, Inc. since June 2014. Mr. Dunlap is a certified public accountant and received an M.B.A. and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Lee A. Baillif has been Vice President of Operations at Socket Mobile, Inc. since January 23, 2007 and served as its Controller since January 1, 1999 until January 23, 2007. Mr. Baillif served as Vice President at Socket Mobile, Inc. since January 24, 2007 until January 23, 2015. Mr. Baillif was a Member of the Accounting Staff of Socket Communications Inc., since September 1994. He holds a B.S. in Business and Finance from the San Francisco State University.

Dave Dunlap serves as the CFO of Socket Mobile, Inc.. Dave started at Socket Mobile, Inc. in Nov of 1994. Dave currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
