You get your PTO as one lump sum at the beginning of the year even in your first year.

What can this brand most improve?

Email communications/questions with the executive in charge of customer service and home delivery remain unanswered. Not responding to a customer's concerns is poor customer service and reflects badly on the executive. Improvement would be to respond or to follow up with whoever was assigned to.
