Dr. John N. Hatsopoulos, Ph.D., has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of American DG Energy Inc. since October 2014. Dr. Hatsopoulos has been the Chief Executive Officer of Tecogen Inc. since 2000. He serves as the Chairman and President of J&P Enterprises LLC. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of American Distributed Generation Inc. He is a Managing Partner of GlenRose Capital LLC and Alexandros Partners LLC. He serves as an Advisor of Genexp Biosciences Inc. He has been an Executive Director at American DG Energy Inc. since July 2001. He served as Chief Executive Officer of American DG Energy Inc. from July 2001 to October 2014. Dr. Hatsopoulos served as Senior Vice President of Thermo TerraTech Inc. since December 1997. He served as the President of American DG Energy Inc. He served as Vice President of Thermo TerraTech Inc. from 1988 to December 1997. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Thermo Voltek Corp. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Thermo Power Corporation from 1989 to 1997, respectively, until 1998 and served as its Vice President from 1989 to 1997. Dr. Hatsopoulos served as President of Thermo Electron Corporation (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) from 1997 to 1998 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 1988 to 1998. He innovated and implemented numerous financial strategies that became the focus of worldwide interest. He has been the Chairman of Glenrose Instruments Inc. since 2005. He serves as Chairman of GlenRose Capital LLC. He served as the Chairman of EuroSite Power Inc. from July 2010 to May 16, 2016 and previously served as its Chairman of Advisory Board. He was a Co-Founder of Thermo Electron Corporation and served as its Vice Chairman. He has been a Director at Lois/USA Inc. since August 1994 and Ilios Dynamics Inc., since May 2009. He serves as a Director of TEI BioSciences Inc. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at U S Liquids Inc. He serves as a Director of Tecogen Inc. He serves as a Director of Glenrose Instruments Inc. Dr. Hatsopoulos served as a Director of Thermo Instrument Systems Inc., since 1986 and an Independent Director at Agenus Inc. from June 11, 2007 to December 8, 2011. He served as an Independent Director of American Caresource Holdings, Inc., from December 2006 to May 30, 2013. He served as a Director of Thermo Electron Corporation. Dr. Hatsopoulos graduated from Athens College in Athens, Greece in 1953. He graduated from Northeastern University in 1959 with a B.S. Degree in History and Mathematics. He holds Honorary Doctorates in Business Administration from Boston College and Northeastern University.

Mr. Robert A. Panora, also known as Bob, has been the President and Chief Operations Officer of Tecogen Inc. since 2000. Mr. Panora also serves as a Co-Chief Executive Officer at Ultra Emissions Technologies Ltd. He serves as general manager of American DG Energy Inc. He served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of Tecogen Inc. He served as the President of Ilios Dynamics Inc. since May 2009. He served as the General Manager of Tecogen's Product Group since 1990 and a Manager of Product Development, Engineering Manager and Operations Manager of the Tecogen since 1984. Over his 27-year tenure with Tecogen, he has been responsible for sales and marketing, engineering, service and manufacturing. Mr. Panora contributed to the development of Tecogen's first product, the CM-60 cogeneration module and served as Program Manager for the cogeneration and chiller projects that followed. He has had considerable influence on many aspects of Tecogen's business, from building the employee team, to conceptualizing product designs and authoring many of the original business documents, sales tools and product literature pieces. He served as Acting Director of Operations at American DG Energy, Inc. since August 2015. He has been a Director of Ilios Dynamics Inc. since May 2009. Mr. Panora holds a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University.

Mr. Joseph B. Gehret, Jr. serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Ilios Dynamics Inc., and Tecogen Inc. Mr. Gehret is responsible for leading technology development at Tecogen and defining the company's research and development efforts. With an expansive depth and breadth of classic as well as cutting edge technology, he has been integral in the development of all Tecogen products and technology for 30 years. He is the primary author on all of Tecogen's major patents. In addition to leadership roles in all Tecogen technology development, he has designed and developed the necessary hardware, as well as the software code, for all of Tecogen's product lines. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering as well as an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ms. Bonnie Jean Brown has been Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Tecogen Inc. since May 18, 2017 and serves as its Principal Financial and Accounting Officer. Ms. Brown has been the Chief Financial Officer of American DG Energy Inc. since September 2, 2015. She has been Treasurer and Secretary of American DG Energy Inc. since September 2015. She served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of EuroSite Power Inc. since September 2, 2015 until February 16, 2017. Ms. Brown is a senior level executive with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in finance, management, tax, information systems and business leadership. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ilios Dynamics Inc. since its inception in 2009. She served as a Financial Advisor for The Barker Financial Group. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Tecogen Inc. from 2007 to August 15, 2014, Treasurer from January 1, 2013 to August 15, 2014 and Secretary from 2010 to August 15, 2014. Ms. Brown served as Principal Accounting Officer at Tecogen Inc. until August 15, 2014 and was instrumental in successfully taking it public. She joined Tecogen Inc., in 2005 as Controller. She was a Partner at Sullivan Bille PC, a regional accounting firm, for 15 years where she provided financial, accounting, audit, tax and business consulting services for mid-sized companies. She also worked at Enterprise Bank and Trust as Project Manager for special assignments including branch acquisitions and information systems transitions in the trust department eventually serving as Internal Audit Director, establishing an in-house audit function. She has also provided independent contractor services for a wide variety of publicly traded and closely held companies, including consulting, internal control and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance services. Ms. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley College and an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.
