Very forward looking, not satisfied with the status quo. The company not only has grown in head count and revenue but the number of job titles has also expanded, so there is room for growth for employees.

We are led by a CEO who truly likes to celebrate wins and also expects that when you reach, you sometimes will not succeed. But it is OK as long as you're trying new things and swinging for the fences. The space is great too.
