My team is fantastic. I love working with them and they are a bright spot throughout the day.
The work environment is great. Direct management is fantastic. The problem is the senior leadership team. They don't help in creating a good positive work atmosphere.
I just feel no incentive to get excited about going to work. Improvement needs to start at a leadership level. Give the employees better benefit instead of restructuring your leadership team every year to give yourselves promotions.
Everything. Everything is sales, sales, sales and they pretend to care about everything. Pay your employees what they deserve and stop making it an act of congress to get something moving such as a promotion or job offer.
