Sub par salaries force us to have side jobs, while orher companies pay considerably more
Everything. Everything is sales, sales, sales and they pretend to care about everything. Pay your employees what they deserve and stop making it an act of congress to get something moving such as a promotion or job offer.
Benefits are wide ranging and cheaper than most
Severely underpaid for the work thats required of me. Many people are in the same predicament as myself.
Open communication and teamwork, no one is left behind
My team is fantastic. I love working with them and they are a bright spot throughout the day.

Friendly, outgoing, knows how to have fun and treat staff fairly
The work environment is great. Direct management is fantastic. The problem is the senior leadership team. They don't help in creating a good positive work atmosphere.
End micromanaging and service the accounts we have better
Walked in and was basically hired same day
They are quick to respond - email is best communication, background check takes longest

I just feel no incentive to get excited about going to work. Improvement needs to start at a leadership level. Give the employees better benefit instead of restructuring your leadership team every year to give yourselves promotions.
