Mr. Lorenzo Donadeo, P.Eng., is a Co-Founder of Vermilion Energy Inc. and has been its Chairman of the Board since March 1, 2016. Mr. Donadeo Co-founded Vermilion Energy Inc. in 1994. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Vermilion Energy Inc. since January 22, 2003 until March 1, 2016. He serves as an Officer of several Canadian public and private companies. He served as President of Vermilion Energy Inc since January 22, 2003 until March 3, 2014. He has over 25 years of industry experience and has extensive background in acquisitions, production and field operations, property exploitation and gas marketing. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aventura Energy Inc. Mr. Donadeo Co-Founded Vermilion Energy and served as its Executive Vice President from 1995 to 2000. He Co-Founded Vista Nuova Energy Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer at Vermilion Energy Inc. from 2000 to January 2003 and also served as its Vice President. He served as District Exploitation Engineer and Manager of Natural Gas Marketing with Encor Energy from 1989 to 1991. He served as the Chairman of Aventura Energy Inc. Mr. Donadeo has been a Non Independent Director of Vermilion Energy Inc. since 1994. He serves as a Director of several Canadian public and private companies. He served as a Director of Verenex Energy Inc., since June 28, 2004 and Pan-Global Energy Ltd. from July 2004 to September 16, 2004. He served as a Director of ArPetrol, Inc. and Terraquest Energy Corp. Mr. Donadeo holds an BSc Honors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.

Mr. Curtis W. Hicks, CA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Vermilion Energy Inc. since 2004 and has been its Executive Vice President since August 5, 2004. Mr. Hicks served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at NAL Oil & Gas Trust from November 2000 to February 2003. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at NAL Resources Management Limited. He served as Vice President of Finance at Vermilion Energy Trust since March 2003. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Caravan Oil & Gas Ltd. from August 1998 to November 2000. He served as Treasurer of Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd. from January 1998 to August 1998. He has more than 19 years of industry experience, primarily in the financial area of oil and gas operations, as well as property and corporate acquisitions. Mr. Hicks served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of ELAN Energy Inc. from 1983 to 1997. He served as Director of Glacier Energy Limited. Mr. Hicks is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours) from the University of Saskatchewan.

Ms. Mona Jasinski, M.B.A., C.H.R.P., has been an Executive Vice President of People & Culture at Vermilion Energy Inc. since February 2015 and served as its Executive Vice President of People since 2011 until 2015. Ms. Jasinski has 20 years of human resources and organizational effectiveness experience, primarily in the Oil and Gas Industry including operations and mergers & acquisitions. She served as Vice President of People at Vermilion Energy Inc. since January 12, 2009. She served as the HR Manager of Shell Onshore Production, North America from 2004 to January 12, 2009. Her Previous experience includes Management Consulting, Learning and Development and H.R. Generalist roles, which encompasses areas such as HR People / Strategy, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Leadership Effectiveness, Recruiting and Policy Development. Ms. Jasinski holds MBA from University of Calgary in 1999 and C.H.R.P. Certified Human Resources Professional Designation in 2002.
