How employees describe working at Vervent
This company has changed my life. You learn so much when you start working here and then a few months later you realize, there is so much more to learn as the company continues to build and grow. I like being able to see growth across the board and not just with the Executive team.
I'm beyond disappointed in Vervent. I will be going elsewhere soon. Leadership is awful.
I have worked for many companies throughout my career and Vervent is by far the most positive, forward thinking company. I am very happy to be part of this team.

Very straightforward. Knowledgeable people.
The interview process was efficient. I had a phone interview, and one in-person interview. They called the same day with an offer which is rare!

Management has a big focus on developing their people.

Company values high performance people and rewards them. Teamwork seems to be key. So is personal accountability.
