Every year I receive a bonus and it's always more than I expected.

It's been one of the best companies I've ever worked at. The company has enjoyed incredible success and as a result was acquired by WPP in 2016. It's a great group of people who are fully invested in delivering great work for our clients.

So far so good. There are times when work can be stressful when we are rushing to meet client deadlines, but that is standard for this industry as i have been in this industry for a long time.

  • 1. Stop overloading workers with too much work. It leads to burnout and high turnover. It also leads to mistakes or blaming others when something goes wrong. (See #2). 2. Remove culture of tattling/blaming anonymously to your coworkers' manager. Be adults and talk directly with each other to debate and resolve issues. Managers, grow up and redirect this behavior back to the parties involved.
