What do you like best about the leadership team?
The one thing that stands out above all else is that the leadership team is fair and kind.
Leadership team is smart, approachable, and they've helped to scale the company successfully from 20 to around 100 employees over the years. They care about their teams and work hard to ensure the company's success.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and providing constructive feedback regarding job performance. There is a culture of “throw people under the bus” to protect themselves! Toxic work environment.
1. Workload and capacity planning. You can't book people for 100% with competing projects and expect that to be reality. Try 80% with 20% for reaRemove anonymous peer feedback from weekly It only fosters blame and mistrust amongst team members. Adults should be able to speak directly to one another
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every year I receive a bonus and it's always more than I expected.
Base comp is generally competitive with market rates. The company has paid a bonus for 9 or 10 years in a row.
My salary has become competitive over the years
I have a good base salary. Medical benefits could be better
I am paid well and get annual salary raises.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no Work/life balance. You have too many projects, not enough resources and that leads to working weekends and very late night just to keep up!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teams are smart, passionate, and dedicated to doing good to great work for industry leading clients.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Take time to actually communicate in person. Things get lost in email.
Structured meeting that actually uncover blockers and provide solutions in a constructive manner. The meetings are just a tool to blame others for delays and scope creep.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of diversity, good sense of humor, happy hours, holiday parties, it's a really good group of people on the whole.
I like being able to work on different kind of projects. Keeps things interesting. i enjoy hanging out with my coworkers

Good parties and fun events. we get to do department summits and outings. Open communication with manager and teams. Supportive. I cant speak for others but i feel i have had growth and learning opportunities

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Create a positive team oriented environment where people share project responsibilities, ideas, successes and learn from failures.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Fairly efficient process, generally straight forward questions about my background and career goals.

Delivering award winning work, working with incredibly creative and talented teams, staying on the cutting edge of technology, watching the company grow over time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Resource / capacity planning for 100% of people's time is never correct leading to lots of overtime. Tryy to " book" 80% and allow 20% for filling in the gaps. Don't worry, this time will be filled.
Customers love the work produced but the employees suffer and are held responsible for account managers that say yes to every request after a signed statement of work without increasing budget or expanding the timeline as required. You just have to get it done no matter what.
