Amena has over 25 years of experience leading sales, marketing, and product in data management and software infrastructure companies ranging from $1M to $10B. She has launched SaaS infrastructure offerings, forged strategic partnerships, and established industry-leading positions at companies such as Legato, OTG and Arxan, resulting in one IPO and successful exits to companies such as EMC/Dell and IBM. Amena holds an MBA from Yale University and a BA from Wesleyan University.

Baron is a widely-recognized expert on database internals, web performance, and large-scale application development. His best-selling technical books and open-source software are used by tens of thousands of engineers every day. Before founding VividCortex, Baron was an executive at Percona. He has a degree in Computer Science.

Taylor has over 14 years of experience within operational and corporate Finance at companies within the technology, big data, and real estate industries. Prior to joining VividCortex, Taylor led FP&A teams responsible for supporting organizations between 100 and 1,500 employees across Sales, Marketing, Development, Product Management, IT, and Operations. He has extensive buy- and sell-side M&A experience, playing key roles in AddThis’ sale to Oracle as well as QuadraMed’s sale of its Quantim business unit to Nuance Communications. Taylor attended the University of Richmond, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and son.

Steve's expertise in information security ensures that VividCortex's organizational policy, risk management, security awareness, identity management, disaster recovery, and other areas of risk and security comply to the highest standards. Prior to VividCortex, Steve led security departments at Ancestry.com, Avalon Health Care, and W.J. Bradley Mortgage.

Nathaniel brings over 10 years of sales experience to VividCortex. He joined the company in 2014 and is currently leading the worldwide sales organization. Prior to VividCortex, he served as an account manager at Apex Systems. Nathaniel holds a BA from the University of Virginia.
