In January 2011 the newly combined entity, Subsea 7 S.A. came into being, bringing together two existing high quality workforces to create a single best-in class team with a common culture and values Subsea 7 specialises in engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning, infrastructure mainentance and repair, sub-sea umbilical, risers and flow lines and diving.
