Company Description
Acergy has now merged with Subsea 7 creating a leading global seabed-to-surface engineering, construction and services contractor.In June 2010 the Boards of Directors of Acergy S.A. and Subsea 7 Inc. agreed to combine their two existing companies and create a new beginning for both organisations. In January 2011 the newly combined entity, Subsea 7 S.A. came into being, bringing together two existing high quality workforces to create a single best-in class team with a common culture and values Subsea 7 specialises in engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning, infrastructure mainentance and repair, sub-sea umbilical, risers and flow lines and diving.
