Mr. Gary E. Gould has been Senior Vice President of Production & Resource Development at Continental Resources, Inc. since November 18, 2015. Mr. Gould served as a Senior Vice President of Operations at Continental Resources, Inc until November 18, 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Resource Development at Continental Resources, Inc. since May 1, 2014. Previously, he served as Vice President of Resource Development at Continental Resources, Inc. Mr. Gould joined Continental in 2013 and has over 25 years of industry experience with independent and major oil and gas companies. He has hands-on experience in more than 10 different unconventional oil and gas plays managing resource development, operations, completions, production engineering and drilling. Prior to joining Continental, Mr. Gould served numerous management and technical positions at Chesapeake Energy and Burlington Resources, following his first 10 years with Exxon. Mr. Gould holds Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Mr. John D. Hart has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Continental Resources, Inc., since November 2005 and has been its Senior Vice President since May 2009 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Hart served as a Vice President of Continental Resources, Inc. since November 2005. Mr. Hart has 15 years of experience in public accounting and served as Senior Audit Manager with Ernst & Young LLP in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hart graduated with Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University along with Masters of Science in Accounting in 1991.

Mr. Claude Seaman serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President at Continental Resources, Inc. Mr. Seaman joined Continental in 2007. Prior to joining Continental, he spent 25 years with various oil and gas companies in the Oklahoma City and Dallas areas as a Financial Reporting Manager or Controller with significant involvement in systems. He is a CPA and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Accounting.

Mr. Eric S. Eissenstat has been General Counsel and Secretary of Continental Resources, Inc., since August 2011 and its Senior Vice President since December 2010 and Chief Risk Officer since May 2014. Mr. Eissenstat joined Continental with 27 years of experience in complex business and commercial matters involving oil and gas, antitrust, business torts, computer law, shareholder suits, class actions, insurance, trade regulation, contract, corporate disputes, employment-related disputes, intellectual property and commercial arbitration. He served as Chief Legal Officer of Continental Resources, Inc. since December 2010. He serves as a Director of United Way of Central Oklahoma. He served as Director of the Fellers, Snider, Blankenship, Bailey & Tippens, P.C. in Oklahoma City. He is an active member of the American Bar Association and has held leadership positions in the Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma County Bar Association. He is frequent speaker and author on the topics of antitrust litigation, business torts, computer law, punitive damages and electronic discovery, his work has been widely recognized. He is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a recipient of the Oklahoma County Bar Association Leadership in the Law Award and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation, Insurance and Antitrust Law. He is also listed in Chambers USA Leading Lawyers for Business and has been voted one of the Top 10 lawyers in Oklahoma by Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Eissenstat earned his Bachelor of Science with honors in Political Science from Oklahoma State University and his Juris Doctorate with honors and Order of the Coif from the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. Jack H. Stark has been the President of Continental Resources, Inc. since September 2014 and served as its Chief Operating Officer until May 1, 2017. Mr. Stark served as Senior Vice President of Exploration at Continental Resources, Inc. from May 1998 to September 2014. He joined Continental Resources Inc. as Vice President of Exploration in June 1992. Prior to Continental Resources Inc., Mr. Stark served as an Exploration Manager for the Western Mid-Continent Region for Pacific Enterprises from August 1988 to June 1992. From 1978 to 1988, he served various staff and middle management positions with Cities Service Co. and TXO Production Corp. He has 24 years of exploration experience in the Mid-Continent, Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain regions. He served as a Director of Continental Resources, Inc. from May 1998 to May 2008. Mr. Stark serves as a Member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists, Houston Geological Society and Oklahoma Geological Society. He holds a Masters degree in Geology from Colorado State University.

Mr. Blu Hulsey has been Senior Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs at Continental Resources, Inc since August 15, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs until August 15, 2017. Mr. Hulsey is responsible for advising corporate leadership and implementing strategy to influence government and regulatory actions. Prior to joining Continental Resources, he served as the City Manager for the Cities of Bixby and Skiatook, Oklahoma. He served as a Field Representative in the Senator's Tulsa office. He served as the Council for the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee for Senator Inhofe in Washington, DC. He is a Registered Lobbyist in North Dakota, Montana and Oklahoma. He is licensed to practice Law in Oklahoma. Mr. Hulsey attended Oklahoma State and received a Business Management Degree. He also attended University of Tulsa, School of Law.

Mr. Pat Bent has been Senior Vice President of Drilling at Continental Resources, Inc. since November 2015. Mr. Bent has more than 34 years of industry experience in petroleum engineering and operations. He served as Vice President of Northern Drilling and Completions at Continental Resources, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Drilling since 2012. From 1980 to 2012, Mr. Bent served in various leadership capacities with ConocoPhillips, Inc. and its predecessor companies, Burlington Resources, Meridian Oil and El Paso Exploration. From 2006 to 2012, he served as the Manager of Implementation for the San Juan Basin Unit in Farmington, New Mexico, which was one of ConocoPhillips' largest business units. Prior to these responsibilities, Mr. Bent served as Burlington Resources general manager of drilling and completions for that division. He earned his BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming in 1980.

Mr. Steven K. Owen has been a Senior Vice President of Land at Continental Resources, Inc. since September 2010. Mr. Owen joined Continental Resources in September 2010. He has three decades of experience in land management including exploration, exploitation, acquisition and maintenance of oil and gas assets. He has worked extensively in many oil and gas plays across the United States. Prior to joining Continental, Mr. Owen served as Land Manager for Pioneer Natural Resources USA, Inc. where he managed the Permian Basin and Mid-Continent Divisions. He has won numerous awards for outstanding performance in Permian operations and is a member of the Permian Basin Landmen's Association and the American Association of Petroleum Landmen. Mr. Owen earned his BA from Emporia State University in Kansas with concentrations in Business Law, Oil and Gas Law and Biology.

Mr. Jeffery B. Hume, also known as Jeff, has been a Vice Chairman of Strategic Growth Initiatives at Continental Resources, Inc. since June 4, 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Hume served as the President of Continental Resources, Inc., from November 3, 2009 to June 4, 2012 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from November 2008 to June 4, 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Continental Resources Inc., since November 2006. He served as Senior Vice President of Resource Development of Continental Resources Inc. from July 2002 to November 2006 and served as its Senior Vice President Business Development from October 2005 to November 2006, Vice President of Drilling Operations from September 1996 to 2002 and Senior Vice President since May 1998. He joined Continental Resources Inc., in 1983 and served as its Vice President of Engineering and Operations from May 1983 to September 1996. Mr. Hume held various engineering positions with Sun Oil Company, Monsanto Company and FCD Oil Corporation. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and the Oklahoma and National Professional Engineering Societies. Mr. Hume holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University in 1975.
