Mr. Martin E. Cearnal serves as the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and served as its Senior Vice President since January 6, 2016. Mr. Cearnal served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. until January 6, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Commercial Development. As a Senior Vice President, Mr. Cearnal is involved with Cumberland's commercial strategy and business development initiatives. He served as Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Jobson Medical Information, LLC since 2006. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Physicians World from 2000 to 2003 and Executive Vice President-Chief Strategy Officer for Thomson Medical Education from 2003 through 2005. He joined JMI in March of 2006 and through his experience and vision has helped position JMI as leader in the healthcare community through acquisitions, partnerships and new product development. He has 40 years experience in the Healthcare industry and has been involved with the launches of such noteworthy pharmaceutical products as Lipitor???, Actos???, Intron-A???, Straterra???, Botox??? and Humira???. He represents JMI in numerous commissions, councils and associations including the Coalition for Healthcare Communication and the National Task Force on CME Provider/Industry Collaboration. Before joining JMI, he worked in a series of domestic and international positions in the Revlon Healthcare Group from 1968 until 1985. During that time, Mr. Cearnal held roles in field sales, training, management and his tenure culminated as the vice president of marketing for the International Operations Division. He then joined Physicians World Communications Group (PW) and through his direction PW became the largest provider of CME in the US by 1999. In 2000, he lead the sale of Physicians World to the Thomson Corporation and continued with Thomson through 2005. He serves the industry through his leadership and participation as founder and Board Director of the National Commission for the Certification of CME Professionals and as founder and Secretary of the Council for Independent Medical Information, among roles in many other organizations. He frequently lends his knowledge and expertise to the industry as a presenter and contributor at conferences and in industry journals and newsletters on issues of strategy, marketing, medical education and health care regulations. Mr. Cearnal has been a Director of Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2004. His educational background includes a BS in marketing management from Southeast Missouri State University, with postgraduate work at the Amos Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College and Harvard University.

Mr. James Lowrance Herman serves as Senior Vice President of National Accounts at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc. and has been its has been its Chief Compliance Officer since October 14, 2016. Mr. Herman served as Vice President of National Accounts at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Herman served as Chief Compliance Officer at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc., until October 14, 2016. He served as Senior Director of National Accounts and Corporate Compliance Officer of Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is responsible for all national accounts sales, including wholesalers and retail chain buying offices, managed care home Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. offices and federal government accounts. He is also charged with overseeing corporate compliance efforts. He has been with Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2003. He has 17 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and has fifteen years of accounting and financial experience in both international business and manufacturing. He served as a Director of National Accounts Sales of Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2003, where he was responsible for coordinating all accounting and financial activities including financial planning and forecasting. He served as Senior Vice President of Icore International, a division of Smiths Group, PLC. He served as Senior Accountant of Ernst & Young, LLP. He served as Director of Managed Care, Director of Trade Affairs and Customer Service of Solvay Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 2003. From 1990 to 1998, he was with Schwarz Pharma, where he held national sales leadership positions in National Accounts and Managed Care. Mr. Herman holds a B.S. from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Cardinal Stritch University.

Mr. Leo B. Pavliv, R.Ph., has been Chief Development Officer of Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2012 and serves as its Executive Vice President of Operations. Mr. Pavliv served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2009. Mr. Pavliv served as Vice President of Operations at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2003. He has over twenty years of experience developing pharmaceutical and biological products. Prior to 1997, he held various scientific and management positions at both large pharmaceutical and smaller biopharmaceutical firms including Parke-Davis from 1984 to 1986, Agouron Pharmaceuticals from 1992 to 1997, ProCyte from 1989 to 1992 and Interferon Sciences from 1986 to 1989. Mr. Pavliv is a registered pharmacist (R.Ph.) and is regulatory affairscertified (RAC). Beginning his career at Parke-Davis, he has worked with both large pharmaceutical and small development biotechnology companies in various scientific and management positions. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development at Cato Research, a full-service contract research and development organization. He has authored and reviewed numerous regulatory submissions to the FDA and foreign regulatory agencies, as well as several articles, a book chapter and presentations on a variety of chemistry, manufacturing and controls topics at industry meetings. Mr. Pavliv holds a B.S., Pharmacy and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Marty Cearnal serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer of Cumberland Pharmaceuticals. Marty started at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals in July of 2008. Marty is currently based in the Greater Nashville Area, TN.

Jim Herman serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer of Cumberland Pharmaceuticals. Jim started at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals in October of 2003. Jim is currently based in the Greater Nashville Area, TN.
