Mr. Douglas W. Kimmelman, also known as Doug, is a Co-Founder at Energy Capital Partners since April 2005 and serves as a Senior Partner. Mr. Kimmelman is responsible for overall firm strategy and management as well as transaction origination and execution. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Cogentrix Energy, LLC. He served as an Executive of Aron & Company, Inc. Mr. Kimmelman spent his entire 22 years of professional career with Goldman Sachs & Co. From 2002 to 2005, he played a leadership role as the Goldman Sachs Partner dedicated to building a power asset portfolio on the balance sheet of Goldman Sachs through the J. Aron Commodity Group. He served as the Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He joined Goldman Sachs & Co. in 1983 in the Pipeline and Utilities Department within the Investment Banking Division and remained exclusively focused on the energy and utility sectors in the Investment Banking Division throughout 2002. He served as a General Partner of the Goldman Sachs & Co. since 1996 and transferred to J. Aron Commodity Group in 2002, where he had a significant responsibility for building the power asset business. Mr. Kimmelman was involved in developing the constellation power source concept as the initial entry point for Goldman Sachs as a Principal into electricity markets. Additionally, he was involved in the formation of Orion Power Holdings, Inc. He has been a Director of USD Partners GP LLC at USD Partners LP since October 2014. He serves as a Director of US Development Group, LLC; Sunnova Energy Corp; USD Group LLC; NESCO Holdings Corp.; PLH Group, Inc.; NESCO Holdings LP; and Power Line Holdings, Inc. Prior to realization, Mr. Kimmelman served on the board of CE2 Carbon Capital, LLC. Mr. Kimmelman holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University in 1982.

Mr. Scott A. Rogan is a Partner at Energy Capital Partners. He was Principal at the firm. Mr. Rogan has been an Investment Professional at Energy Capital Partners since 2014. Mr. Rogan is involved in all areas of Energy Capital Partners investment activities, with a particular emphasis on the midstream sector. Mr. Rogan served as the Lead Advisor to Summit Midstream on its IPO in 2012. He joined Energy Capital in 2014. Mr. Rogan worked for over 17 years in investment banking at Barclays (including with Lehman Brothers prior to 2008 when Barclays acquired Lehman Brothers' North American investment banking operations). He served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Barclays Capital' Houston office, where he was responsible for M&A and capital markets activities for private and public companies in the midstream sector, with a particular emphasis on MLPs. Mr. Rogan focused exclusively on clients in the natural resources space and has extensive experience in the midstream, upstream and oilfield services sectors. Mr. Rogan has been a Director of Summit Midstream GP LLC, a General Partner of Summit Midstream Partners, LP since February 2014. Mr. Rogan serves on the board of Summit Midstream Partners, LLC, Summit Midstream Partners, L.P., Sendero Midstream Partners, LP and Next Wave Energy Partners, LP. He has both a BBA and Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA, concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Rahman P. D'Argenio is a Partner of Energy Capital Partners. Mr. D'Argenio joined Energy Capital Partners on August 13, 2010 and is involved in all areas of its investment activities, with particular emphasis on fossil and renewable power generation and energy related services and manufacturing. Previously, he served as a Principal at Energy Capital Partners. Previously, he spent seven years at First Reserve Corporation. Mr. D'Argenio's responsibilities at First Reserve included a leadership role in power, financial services and coal related investments. Prior to joining First Reserve, Mr. D'Argenio was an Associate in the Energy and Utilities Group at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. He began his career in the structured finance group at Sempra Energy Trading. Mr. D'Argenio serves on the Board of PLH Group, Inc., Sunnova Energy Corp., Power Line Holdings, Inc., NESCO Holdings Corp., NESCO Holdings LP, and Brayton Point Power, LLC. He served as a Director at Brayton Point Power, LLC, EquiPower Resources Corp., Red Oak Power Holdings, LLC, Odessa Power Holdings, LLC, and First Reserve Corporation. He served as Non-Executive Director of Seedrs Limited. Mr. D'Argenio holds a B.A. degree, cum laude, in both Mathematics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rahul Advani serves as a Partner at Energy Capital Partners. He was Principal at the firm. Mr. Advani joined Energy Capital Partners in July 2005 and is involved in all areas of its investment activities, with particular emphasis on fossil and renewable generation as well as energy efficiency, and environmental infrastructure and services. He also oversees Energy Capital Partners's fundraising and investor relations activities. Prior to this, he served as Director of Corporate Investments and Development at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Advani worked at GenOn Power Generation, LLC as a Member of the Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions departments and as the Director of Investor Relations and Finance. He was a core member of the team that built and successfully sold Orion Power. Prior to joining Orion Power in 1999, Mr. Advani was a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, from 1997 to 1999. He started his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP in 1996 and served as a Consultant in the Financial Advisory Services Group. Mr. Advani served as Vice Chairman of Streetwise Partners Incorporated. He serves as a Director of Sunnova Energy Corp., EnergySolutions, Inc. He serves as a Director of EnergySolutions, Inc., Granite Holdings, Inc., and Wheelabrator Technologies, Inc. Previously, Mr. Advani served on the Boards of FirstLight Power Enterprises, Inc., and NextLight Renewable Power, LLC. He served as a board observer to Sungevity, Inc. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University.

Mr. Schuyler E. Coppedge serves as a Partner at Energy Capital Partners. He also served as its Principal. Mr. Coppedge joined Energy Capital Partners in 2005 and is involved in all areas of its investment activities, with a particular emphasis on renewable and fossil generation and environmental and oil field services. Mr. Coppedge served for over six years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., served as a Senior Associate in its Energy Investment Banking Division. At JP Morgan, he was involved in numerous financing and mergers and acquisition transactions across various business segments of the energy sector. Mr. Coppedge serves as Director of CoaLogix, Inc. (also known as CoaLogix Holdings, Inc.); STEAG-SCR Tech; ProPetro Services, Inc.; and Terra-Gen, LLC. He has been a Director at ProPetro Holding Corp. since March 2013. He serves as a Board Observer of NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul Services Ltd., serves on the boards of CIG Logistics. He has been a Director of US Development Group, LLC, USD Partners Gp Llc, General Partner of USD Partners LP since October 9, 2016. He served on the Board of FirstLight Power Enterprises, Inc. He has over 20 years of experience in energy industry finance and investment activities, with a particular emphasis on oil field services, midstream oil and gas and renewable power generation. Mr. Coppedge received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in History from Middlebury College.

Mr. Peter L. Labbat, also known as Pete, has been a Partner of Energy Capital Partners since 2006. Mr. Labbat joined Energy Capital Partners in 2006. He is involved in all areas of Energy Capital Partners investment activities and is responsible for transaction structuring and execution. He spent 13 years in the Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division from 1993 to August 2006. He began his career within the Goldman Sachs Mergers and Acquisitions department, advising on and executing numerous strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures across a variety of industries. Since 2001, he served as Managing Director of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. Mr. Labbat held senior-level coverage responsibility for electric and gas utilities and independent power companies throughout the United States. He was also responsible for the mergers and acquisitions in the natural resource sector. During his career, he has been involved in over 50 merger-related and financing transactions. Within the utility and power sector, he has provided strategic advice to numerous companies active in mergers and financing. Mr. Labbat has been a Director of Summit Midstream GP LLC, a general partner of Summit Midstream Partners, LP since August 2016. He serves on the Boards of ADA Carbon Solutions, LLC and ProPetro Services Incorporated. He has been a Director at ProPetro Holding Corp., March 2013. He serves as a Member of Board of Managers at Next Wave Energy Partners, LP. and Chieftain Sand and Proppant, LLC, He serves as an Observer at Southcross Holdings, LP. Mr. Andrew Singer, also known as Andy, J.D., is a Partner and General Counsel at Energy Capital Partners. Mr. Singer joined the Energy Capital Partners in 2005 and is involved in all areas of the Energy Capital Partners' investment activities, with a particular emphasis on fossil and renewable power generation and environmental services. He also takes a leadership role in structuring most of the firm's debt financings and contractual obligations. He was a Partner and Chair of Global Finance Practice Group at Latham & Watkins LLP. He has 18 years of experience in the energy industry. He has had a significant experience in representing both lenders and borrowers in power development, acquisitions, and financing transactions. He serves as a Director of Brayton Point Energy, LLC, Terra-Gen, LLC, Broad River Energy LLC, CoaLogix Inc., and Empire Generating Co, LLC. He serves on the Boards of CoaLogix Holdings, Inc., and STEAG-SCR Tech. He serves as an Observer at Rimrock Midstream, LLC and Cornucopia Oil & Gas Company, LLC. Mr. Murray D. Karp is the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Partner at Energy Capital Partners. He joined the firm in 2005 and oversees finance and administration, financial reporting, human resources and information technology. Prior to this, Mr. Karp was the Chief Financial Officer at AEA Investors LLC, which he joined in 2001. Prior to that, he was the Controller at Accordia Inc. Previously, Mr. Karp was an Assistant Controller at Caxton Corporation. Previously, he spent over ten years at Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P., leaving as a Senior Manager. He is a Member of State Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of NJC. He is a C.P.A. Mr. Karp received a B.S. in Accounting from the Rutgers University School of Business.
