Mr. Mark S. Gorder has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Intricon Corp., an affiliate of IntriCon Tibbetts Corporation since April 2001. Mr. Gorder has been the Chief Executive Officer of IntriCon, Inc., since 1983. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Intricon Corp., from December 2000 to April 2001 and its Vice President from April 1996 to December 2000. Prior to the acquisition, he served as the President of IntriCon, Inc. He has been a Director of Intricon Corp., since January 1996. Mr. Gorder received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the St. Olaf College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Dennis L. Gonsior has been a Vice President of Global Operations at Intricon Corp., since January 1996. Mr. Gonsior joined Intricon Corp. in February 1982. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Cloud State University.

Mr. J. Scott Longval has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Intricon Corp., since July 19, 2006. Mr. Longval serves as the Chief Financial Officer at IntriCon, Inc. He served as a Corporate Controller of Intricon Corp., since September 2005. He served as Principal Project Analyst at ADC Telecommunications, Inc., from March 2005 to September 2005. Previously, he served in various financial positions at publicly traded ADC Telecommunications, Inc., an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based provider of innovative network infrastructure products and services. From May 2002 to March 2005, he was employed by Accellent, Inc., (formerly MedSource Technologies) and served as its Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. From September 1998 to April 2002, he was employed by Arthur Andersen, where he experienced as Audit Senior. Mr. Longval holds a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.

Mr. Greg Gruenhagen has been a Vice President of Corporate Qualilty & Regulatory Affairs at Intricon Corp. since December 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Gruenhagen served as Director of Corporate Quality at Intricon Corp., since 2004 and also served as its Director of Project Management since 2000. He joined Intricon Corp., in November 1984. Mr. Gruenhagen received a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and a Master of Administration from George Washington University.

Alex Darbut serves as the Technology & Bus Dev VP of IntriCon Corporation. Alex currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

Delain Wright serves as the Vice President of Business Development - Value Based Hearing Health of IntriCon Corporation. Delain currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.

Gregory Gruenhagen serves as the VP Corporate Quality and Regulatory Affairs of IntriCon Corporation. Gregory currently resides in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
