He served as an Executive Vice President of the Electronics Systems Group between 2002 and 2004. Mr. Danforth served as Senior Vice President of the Commercial Aircraft Business for Raytheon Company. He held senior management positions including oversight of manufacturing operations for Raytheon Electronics Systems and the Raytheon Equipment Division. Mr. Danforth has been the Director at LRAD Corporation since March 14, 2017. Mr. Harvey specialized in covering small capitalization technology companies as well as other industries and as a result, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong Wall Street network to his new position. Mr. Harvey earned his bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science at Assumption College and his business degree (MBA) at Northeastern University.

Mr. Dennis D. Klahn has been the Chief Financial Officer of LRAD Corporation since September 18, 2017 and previously served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer from August 7, 2017 to September 18, 2017. Mr. Klahn served as a Controller of ISE Limited since July 2007 to 2011. Mr. Klahn served as Controller of Overland Storage, Inc., from June 2006 to July 2007. Mr. Klahn served as Group Controller of Teledyne RD Instruments from 2011 to 2017. From March 2006 to May 2006, he served as a Senior Vice President of Administration and Controller of NTN Buzztime Inc. From November 2005 to February 2006, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Anacomp, Inc., and as Controller of Anacomp from July 2000 to October 2005. Mr. Klahn has 25 years of public company experience in various senior financial roles. Mr. Klahn holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from St. Ambrose College.

Ms. Karen E. Bowling has been Vice President of Marketing at LRAD Corporation since August 2015 and serves as its Director of Marketing. Ms. Bowling has been Senior Strategic Advisor of CareSpot Express Healthcare LLC (formerly Solantic Corporation, Solantic Walk-In Urgent Care Centers) since May 19, 2011. She has more than 25 years of diverse executive management experience. Some of her skill-sets include; government affairs, lobbying, public relations, government procurement, marketing, communications, operations and local and state level legislation. She has also spent part of her career in the less-lethal sector for a long-range acoustic hailing device company. She served as Chief Executive Officer at WiseEye AI. She served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Solantic Corporation from June 2001 to May 19, 2011. Ms. Bowling served as Vice President of Marketing Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy Inc. since January 2000. She co-founded Solantic in June 2001. She served as Director of Public Affairs and a Member of the Government & Public Policy Practice for Foley & Lardner LLP. She served as the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Jacksonville, Florida. She served at CyberGuard Corp. She served as Vice President, Marketing of The Health Network from January 1998 to December 1999. Before that, she headed up advertising at Columbia Healthcare Corporation. From 1983 to 1997, she served in a marketing management position at Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation. She started her career in television news in Jacksonville, Fla. and transitioned to a career in health care marketing and management. She has been a Director of Security Devices International, Inc. since October 20, 2016. She served as a Director of JEA since March 24, 2010. Ms. Bowling served as a Director of Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy Inc. She serves on the Board of Directors for Florida State College of Jacksonville Foundation, Associated Industries of Florida, the Jacksonville Humane Society and Northeast Florida Crimestoppers and is active in Rotary Club of South Jacksonville. She is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville and Leadership Florida.

Ms. Laura M. Clague, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Retrophin, Inc. since November 2014. Ms. Clague served as Corporate Controller of Amylin Pharmaceuticals Inc. and served as its Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer. She has been at Amylin since 2003. Ms. Clague has more than 30 years of experience as a financial executive. From 1988 to 1999, Ms. Clague served as Director of Finance and Accounting Operations, Controller and Accounting Manager at Sony Electronics Inc. From 1985 to 1988, Ms. Clague served as an Internal Audit Supervisor at Cubic Corporation. From 1982 to 1985, She served various audit positions at KPMG including its Audit Supervisor. She has been an Executive Director at Amylin Pharmaceuticals Inc., since 2003. She has been an Independent Director at LRAD Corporation since February 02, 2007. Ms. Clague is a Certified Public Accountant. She has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Menlo College.
