Ms. Bowling served as Vice President of Marketing Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy Inc. since January 2000. She co-founded Solantic in June 2001. She served as Director of Public Affairs and a Member of the Government & Public Policy Practice for Foley & Lardner LLP. She served as the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Jacksonville, Florida. She served at CyberGuard Corp. She served as Vice President, Marketing of The Health Network from January 1998 to December 1999. Before that, she headed up advertising at Columbia Healthcare Corporation. Ms. Laura M. Clague, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Retrophin, Inc. since November 2014. Ms. Clague served as Corporate Controller of Amylin Pharmaceuticals Inc. and served as its Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer. She has been at Amylin since 2003. Ms. Clague has more than 30 years of experience as a financial executive.
