Mr. Wilfried Vancraen Founded Materialise Nv in July 1990 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and Director since July 1990.

Mr. Bart Van der Schueren has been the Chief Technology Officer of Materialise NV since January 2011. Mr. Van der Schueren has been an Executive Vice President of Production & Engineering at Materialise NV since January 2011 and is focusing on production and engineering services. Mr. Van der Schueren was at KULeuven as a liaison engineer for the newly founded Materialise and established the basic research activities for the KULeuven while also founding the research activities in 3D printing at the KULeuven. He went on to obtain a PhD in selective laser metal sintering. In 1995, Mr. Van der Schueren officially joined Materialise and ran the service bureau. Over the years, his dedication and expertise has grown the service bureau from a regional player to one of the most prominent additive manufacturing facilities in Europe. Mr. Van der Schueren holds a PhD in Selective Laser Metal Sintering and a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from KULeuven.

Mr. Johan Albrecht has been the Chief Financial Officer of Materialise NV since August 12, 2015. Mr. Albrecht joined Materialise on July 7, 2015. Mr. Merckx notified Materialise in May 2015 of his plan to resign in order to pursue new career opportunities. Prior to joining BARC, Mr. Albrecht served in various financial capacities with Pizzaland Benelux (United Biscuits), Applied Data Research and Minit International. He earned a postgraduate degree in corporate finance (magna cum laude) from KU Leuven University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from HU Brussels University (magna cum laude).

Mr. Peter E. Leys served as a Partner at Baker & McKenzie, LLP since 1998 and co-head of its Brussels office's corporate finance practice group in 2009. Mr. Leys joined Baker & McKenzie, in 1990 and is based at the Brussels office. Mr. Leys' areas of practice include securities; private equity; mergers and acquisitions - private; and corporate reorganizations. From 1990 to 2013, he was at the Brussels office of Baker & McKenzie CVBA, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. As an attorney, Mr. Leys has advised Materialise since 1997 and has assisted on most of its milestone corporate and commercial transactions. He has been Executive Chairman of Materialise NV since 2013. He was a member of the Belgian winning team of the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition in 1987 and was a Fullbright fellow from 1987 to 1988. Mr. Leys was admitted to practice law at the Bar of Brussels, Belgium in 1990. In 2012, Mr. Leys, who has been mentioned numerous times as a leading corporate lawyer in Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000, received the International Law Office ???Client's Choice Award??? for M&A in Belgium. Mr. Leys is a Fulbright fellow and lectures a mergers and acquisitions contract design course at the KULeuven. He is fluent in Dutch, English, and French. Mr. Leys received an LL.M. in 1988 from the University of Georgia; graduated in Philosophy in 1984 from the K.V.L. Campus Kortryk; and received a Licenciate in 1987 from the Catholic University of Louvain.

Mr. Johan Pauwels has been an Executive Vice President of Software at Materialise NV since January 2011 and is responsible for its 3D Printing Software segment, global sales organization and sales offices around the world. Mr. Pauwels has been with Materialise since its founding. After 1991, Mr. Pauwels stayed on with Materialise focusing on software development to support its 3D printing services. Throughout his career with Materialise, Mr. Pauwels has held several positions, including Software Sales Manager and Director of Sales. In 1990, Mr. Pauwels completed his Master's thesis on stereolithography on the very first 3D printing machine at Materialise. He graduating in 1991. Mr. Pauwels holds a Master's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from KULeuven.

Mr. Wim Michiels serves as the Executive Vice President of Malaysia at Materialise NV. Mr. Michiels served as Corporate Vice President of Malaysia at Materialise NV and served as its Executive Vice President since January 2011 and focusing mainly on business development. Mr. Michiels has been with Materialise since 1999, first as international sales manager for the prototyping service bureau, then as General Manager Asia Pacific, operating out of the Materialise Malaysia branch office. In 2006, he returned to Materialise's headquarters to start a new assignment as Division Manager for software division. Finally, Mr. Michiels came back to Malaysia in September 2012 to become the head of Materialise Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and to further support the Asian market as corporate vice president. Mr. Michiels holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from KULeuven.

Ms. Hilde Ingelaere has been Executive Vice President of Medical at Materialise NV since January 2011. Since joining Materialise in 1993, Ms. Ingelaere has managed several staff departments, including the human resources, finance and legal departments. Prior to joining Materialise, she served as a Business Analyst at Plant Genetic Systems from 1989 to 1992. From 1986 to 1989, Ms. Ingelaere served as at Bristol Myers Squib where she focused on cardiovascular clinical research. She has been a Director of Materialise NV since December 1997. Ms. Ingelaere holds a Masters in Bioengineering from KULeuven, where she focused on Biotechnology, and a Masters in Business Administration from KULeuven.

Mr. Filip Dehing has been the Chief Executive Officer of RapidFit NV at Materialise NV since February 28, 2013. Mr. Dehing joined Materialise NV in September 2012 as Director for RapidFit groups. Mr. Dehing began his career in 1995 at the Royal Dutch Paper factory as a management trainee and moved on to Seghers Better Technology as international project manager and technologist, where he helped develop and build complete sludge drying plants in Belgium, United Kingdom and Brazil. In 2003, Mr. Dehing moved to Egemin NV, a company involved in industrial automation and material handling with a large portfolio in material handling solutions, including automatic guided vehicles. While at Egemin NV, Mr. Dehing helped transform its starting business unit focused on automatic guided vehicles into one of the top three players worldwide. Mr. Dehing holds a Master of Science degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from KULeuven.
