Mr. David M. Kirchheimer, CPA, has been Advisory Partner of Oaktree Capital Group, LLC since March 31, 2017. Mr. Kirchheimer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Oaktree Capital Group, LLC until March 31, 2017. He was a Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. Previously, he was a Chief Administrative Officer at Oaktree Capital Management. Mr. Kirchheimer served as Chief Administrative Officer and Principal at Oaktree Capital Group, LLC. Mr. Kirchheimer is In Charge of the accounting, administrative and finance activities as well as operational functions that support Oaktree's investment, legal and client relations' activities. He is also a part of corporate team at Oaktree, which he joined in 1995. Additionally. Prior to that, he served as a Vice President and the Chief Administrative Officer at Ticketmaster Corporation. Mr. Kirchheimer served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Republic Pictures Corporation. From 1979 to 1986, he served with Price Waterhouse in Los Angeles, lastly as a Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Kirchheimer served as a Director at Oaktree Capital Group, LLC from May 2007 to March 31, 2017. He serves as a Director of Pasadena Hospital Association, Ltd. and Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. He has been a Director of Huntington Hospital Inc since January 1, 2016 and served as its Director. Mr. Kirchheimer serves on the Board of Trustees of Huntington Memorial Hospital. Mr. D. Richard Masson, CPA, serves as a Senior Advisor of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. Mr. Masson serves as Principal Emeritus at Oaktree Capital Group, LLC and has been its Director since May 2007. Mr. Masson was a Principal of Oaktree Capital Management, LLC since 1995 and retired in 2009. From 1995 to 2001, he served as the Head of Distressed Debt Analysis and as co-head of analysis from 2001 to 2009. Mr. Masson was a Managing Director of Trust Company of the West and TCW Asset Management Company, where he served from 1988 to 2000 in various other capacities for TCW Special Credits as a General Partner of TCW Special Credits. He was the Head of the Special Credits Analytical Group. Mr. Masson was also a co-leader of the distressed debt effort at the firm. Prior joining TCW in 1988, he worked for three years at Houlihan, Lokey, Howard and Zukin, Inc., where Mr. Masson was responsible for the valuation and analysis of a wide variety of securities and businesses. Previously, he was a Senior Accountant with the Comprehensive Professional Services Group at Price Waterhouse in Los Angeles. He has been a Trustee of WinShip Properties since May 1997. He serves as a Director of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. Mr. Masson served as a Director at Aureal, Inc. since December 30, 1994. He was a Director of SpectraSite Inc. from February 2003 to October 4, 2004. Mr. Masson was a Trustee of Peregrine Real Estate Trust since May 1997. Mr. Masson holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California at Los Angeles and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Todd E. Molz, JD, serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, Secretary and General Counsel of Oaktree Capital Group, LLC. Mr. Molz served as Managing Director and General Counsel of Oaktree Capital Group, LLC. Mr. Molz is a General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. He oversees the Compliance, Internal Audit and Administration functions and manages all aspects of our legal activities, including fund formation, acquisitions and other special projects. He served as a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management. Mr. Molz joined Oaktree Capital in March 2006. Mr. Molz is a Member of the Legal and compliance team. He was a Partner of the Los Angeles law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where his practice focused on the tax and structuring aspects of complex and novel business transactions. He joined the Munger, Tolles in 1998. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alfred T. Goodwin of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. While at Chicago, Mr. Molz served on the Law Review, received the John M. Olin Student Fellowship. Mr. Molz serves on the Board of Trustees of the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Mr. Molz holds a J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Middlebury College.
