Mr. David M. Kirchheimer, CPA, has been Advisory Partner of Oaktree Capital Group, LLC since March 31, 2017. Mr. Kirchheimer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Oaktree Capital Group, LLC until March 31, 2017. He was a Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. Previously, he was a Chief Administrative Officer at Oaktree Capital Management. Mr. Kirchheimer served as Chief Administrative Officer and Principal at Oaktree Capital Group, LLC. Mr. Kirchheimer served as a Director at Oaktree Capital Group, LLC from May 2007 to March 31, 2017. He serves as a Director of Pasadena Hospital Association, Ltd. and Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. He has been a Director of Huntington Hospital Inc since January 1, 2016 and served as its Director. Mr. Kirchheimer serves on the Board of Trustees of Huntington Memorial Hospital.
