James H. Gellert is a career-long entrepreneur and financial markets professional, having been CEO of a number of privately held companies and held operational and management roles at global commercial and investment banks. Currently, Mr. Gellert is Chairman and CEO of RapidRatings, the leader in financial health analytics. Prior to RapidRatings, he was the Managing Partner and Chief Compliance Officer at a boutique investment bank focused on the financial information and technology markets. Over the past decade or so, Mr. Gellert has established himself as a recognized international authority on independent research, risk management, supply chain risk and rating agency regulatory evolution. He has testified to both the Senate and House of Representatives on multiple occasions as an expert witness and is a recurrent speaker at the SEC and in global media. Most recently, Mr. Gellert received the Supply & Demand Chain Executive 2017 Pros to Know Award.
