Nothing. The email communication during the process is terrible and most often you will not hear anything for weeks until you receive an automated rejection (even when you were hired for the position, you still get an automated rejection email. One interview was only 5 minutes long, waste of time.
The only positive thing is the work environment in the office is very relaxed. Jeans and casual dress are accepted, and tattoos/piercings are just fine. However, with this attitude comes most people just "chilling" with each other while a select few pull the weight.
The company constantly provides bad or incorrect information, leaving support and customers trying to complete tasks in the wrong way. When customers have basic questions that there should be answer for, the teams with those answers are nowhere to be found leaving you to make it up as you go.
The biggest trait of this company's culture is passing the buck and avoiding work. On any given day, about 20% of the company is working and the rest are chatting, using break and game rooms, taking time off, or simply not doing anything. CA offices are treated way better than other offices.
My role as Core Specialist does the work of 4-6 other teams when those teams simply refuse to own issues. Everything is batted down to the Core Specialists and just expected to be fixed. Unlimited PTO is nearly impossible to use due to black outs and other restrictions. Medical is a joke, overpriced
