Mr. Robert G. Schoenberger has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Unitil Corp. since October 1997 and April 01, 2003 respectively. Mr. Schoenberger served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at the New York Power Authority (state owned public power enterprise) from 1993 to 1997. He has been the Chairman of The Board at Unitil Corp. since October 1997. He has been an Independent Director at Satcon Technology Corporation since December 2007. Mr. Schoenberger is a Director of the Greater Seacoast (NH) United Way since 1998, Director of Exeter Health Resources, Exeter, NH, since 1998, Director of Enermetrix, Inc., Maynard, MA, since 1999. He served as a Director of the New England Gas Association from 1999 to 2002. He earned a BA from La Salle University, an MA from the University of Delaware and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Mark H. Collin has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Unitil Corp. since February 1, 2003. Mr. Collin has been Treasurer of Unitil Corp. since January 1998. Mr. Collin joined Unitil in 1988 and served as Unitil's Vice President of finance from 1995 to 2003. He has been Treasurer of Unitil Corp.'s principal subsidiaries and Vice President of Unitil Service Corp. since 1992. Mr. Collin served as Secretary at Unitil Corp.

Mr. Todd R. Black has been Senior Vice President of External Affairs and Customer Relations, Unitil Service at Unitil Corp. since September 2009. Mr. Black served as the President at Usource for Unitil Corp. from June 2003 to 2009. Previously, Mr. Black served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Usource from 1998 to 2003 and president of Usource from 2003 until September 2009. He served as Vice President of Energy Markets since January 2003. He served as Vice President of Services Delivery for Energy USA, the unregulated subsidiary of Bay State Gas Company, from 1988 to 1998.

Mr. Thomas P. Meissner Jr. has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Unitils Corp., since June 2005 and served as its Senior Vice President of Operations from February 2003 to June 2005. Mr. Meissner joined Unitil in 1994 and served as Unitils Director of Engineering from 1998 to 2003. He was employed by the Public Service Company of New Hampshire from 1985 to 1994.

Mr. George E. Long, Jr., served as Vice President of Administration at Unitil Service Corp. until August 1, 2017. Mr. Long has been a Vice President of Administration at Unitil Corporation since February 2003. He joined Unitil Corporation in 1994 and served as Director of Human Resources from 1998 to 2003. He served as Director of Compensation and Benefits at Monarch Life Insurance Company from 1985 to 1994.

Raymond Letourneau serves as the Vice President of Electric Operations of Unitil. Raymond started at Unitil in June of 1996. Raymond currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
