What's the vibe like in the IT dept at Damco? How many hours are you working?

I think it depende on your current role. I work in support and sometimes work an extra hour or start early since my support team is located in India. But usually schedule is from 8-5 without to many opportunities to extend. If you’re in a position that requires collaboration from a colleague in another continent there’s where your flexibility on your schedule will be visible (if you’re ok with it or not)
