They are approachable and flexible.
Communication via chat and notes should be more efficient.
Again, everyone is friendly with each other. This helps a lot as customer service does not always attract the most positive people in the world.
I feel that for the service I provide, my hourly rate is not the best. Also, the health insurance plan is not favorable. Deductible is fairly high for the amount of pay I receive.
I believe that while I feel underpaid, there is nothing going "wrong" as to why I'm not thrilled to come to work. The nature of this job is not likable and I would like to pursue a different career path.
