Luckily they have a solid business and therefore, it's difficult to destroy even though they are constantly making bad decisions.
All the stress that some people suffers... there is no way to be compensated for this. My best compensation was to leave the company.
I had 5 rounds of interviews. I had a junior profile when I started... I don't think 5 rounds it's worth it. It's a waste of time.
One specific person that had miss-treated a lot of people of her team and HHRR had the numbers and the testimonies, was promoted to the Executive Committee. The company had the numbers and experiences but still, she was rewarded. What can you expect of a company like this?
