What is most positive about the culture and environment at Sunsweet Growers Inc.?

In leu of the pivot time on Covid19, not much. Sunsweet was slow to respond, even when their CEO contracted the corona virus, along with one other. The workforce was kept in the dark until they couldn't conceal it any longer and they had to respond. Also, on March 13, 2020 several Yuba City Adimistration personnel came back from the Sunsweet pant in Chile. March 16, these same employees were back to work in the Yuba City plant. Why were they not quarantined? I know that management was made aware that there was concern among the employees that these coworkers coming from Chile were allowed to walk and work among them unchecked. Were they tested? And if so, why was this not related to all other employees so as to calm their fears? It is my belief that the video put out by Matt Kelly on March 28 stating that CEO Lance Dane had the virus was a CYA attempt to hide the standard query - What did you know, and when did you know it? It was also an attempt to halt a union walk out.
