Washing machine repair( insurance). When completed took pix's of serial numbers of Refrigerator & dishwasher. Why? said just checking to see if all working. Possibly placed insurance claim for work not requested or done. Called A&E 19th of Jan, to report Advised of call back. As Feb 11, no call
