The area i worked in seemed to be not very diverse as far as racy/ethnicity. good mix male to female tho.

in my area not very diverse at all, hard to say nation wide

how they like to shower perks on Loan Originators but not other employees. How they like to brag about fantastic sales then lay off people due to the company not making goal

how they are so secretive about people leaving and how adverse they are to giving raises.
