    We love our CEO. That's the reason he has such high ratings. The work culture is wonderful. We have very nice managers, gender balance and work-life balance is wonderful. But, things seem all good if the company is doing well. I feel their presence in AI is a little underwhelming. That being said there is a hunger to grow within the company. But, they could be a bit more aggressive when it comes to investing in the AI. To do this a large research group is essential along with programmers who join hands and head in a direction to create nice prototypes. Their presence in top AI and speech conferences can be improved.

    The CEO has led Adobe through a transformation from a packaged product software company to a cloud services company for both creative products and services as well as enterprise marketing analytics, email campaigns and other marketing services. A unique story of a 30+ year old company totally transforming to a modern services based company with stock price growth to show it.

    He is likable and represents the company well. Has lots of "friends" at the top in tech companies. Recently he seems to be struggling with how to grow now that the company has become so much bigger. I doesn't feel like decisions are being made as quickly and the investors are not as optimistic as they used to be.
