Terrific. Adobe is committed to ensuring employees have the flexibility to integrate work and life. There's an attitude here of "life happens" and we are able to do what we need to do. Adobe also has a very generous time off policy -- every 5 years employees are offered a sabbatical and the company shuts down two times a year -- week of fourth of July and the week between Christmas and New Years Day.
As an executive assistant, it's pretty much 24/7 work, but it really depends on the boss you have and the biz they manage. During our shutdowns most people are very respectful of everyone's time off.
Not as imbalanced as at other tech companies but there are a lot of meetings that take up the entire day and then getting work done has to happen after hours.
If it was any better I would feel like I am taking advantage of them
Decent. People do tend to work hard and long hours, but not excessively so.
