Workfront has a Flexible Working Policy that includes the option of working from home. While it doesn't seem like there's any guarantee for working from home, managers generally seem flexible and willing to discuss working from home at least on a part-time basis. Not every role is allowed to work from home while some have built in work from home agreements, such as 1 or 2 days a week.
A lot of employees at Workfront have flexible working arrangements! It all depends on the arrangement you make with your manager. We have fully remote employees as well as employees who work from home 1 or 2 days a week. We also have employees with flex hours, i.e. working from home the last few hours of each day so they can pick up their kids from school.
It's fantastic. Workfront is extremely flexible on working from home, although I think it also does depend on the dept. Some aren't able to work from home as easily as others. But in Product/Dev, it's pretty much work from home as needed, as long as work is getting done.
Workfront's work from home policy is great for those that need it. First line support often don't get a chance to work from home much, but the senior support reps tend to get more leeway. Workfront also has colleagues overseas that work from their home permanently.
Depends on the role - some roles are completely remote. For those who are based in the office, Workfront is flexible for work from home, decided on the situation.
