We have 1 woman intern on our team. It has been fantastic, frankly. She sees things very differently, so our rather "white bread" perspectives have been changed a lot, and it has actually helped us to talk more. So many developer men just work like islands. I wish we had more of a mix of women and men, and especially from out of state / out of country.
We have very few female directors, executives, and VPs. I don't believe there is much opportunity for female employees beyond management positions.
Gender diversity in Product & UX is good. It would always be better. Racial/Ethic diversity is low.
There is one out of 12 developers. I would like it to be more diverse.
