good group of men, but they would be much better with more direction, encouragement and incentive, it shouldn't be that hard it is 2025. You get what you give, hiring GOOD employees is not an easy thing, managers should understand this and get with the times
the best part of the package is when you are brand new - it did not update as new people come in, the longer you are employed seems the less you make as you never get caught up. So being there as a longtime employee is not in your favor
Outside SALES team, they are a great group of men, decent, kind and hardworking. I find that they are very appreciative of the help they receive and build strong bonds with the in-plant personnel. Inside sales helps, outside sales, that is a win for everyone. That is how the bond is built.
Again, the Sales team, working as a team for the final goal to make the customer(s) happy. To be an important part of the group and to complete each day with the feeling you went above and beyond. Hopefully make it to retirement within your job/ have management be fair and appreciative of you,
